We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled PreSales Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in CCTV and Access Control systems and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Work with sales team to identify customer needs and provide technical expertise to develop solutions that meet those needs
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
• Respond to technical inquiries and provide customers with detailed product information
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure that the proposed solution is technically feasible and meets the customer’s requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a PreSales role for CCTV and Access Control systems
• In-depth knowledge of security industry standards, products and solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• UAE driving license is mandatory
