Immediate opportunity for Oracle EBS HRMS Technical Consultant
JD:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle technical RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, workflow and Extensions) components
• Should have done at least 6 end-to-end implementations covering Oracle HCM, Finance and SCMModules
• Should have overall 70% technical experience on HCM and 30% on Finance and SCM
• Should be independently able to handle work related to customization, Go Live checklist.
• Strong custom solution development experience in RICE components with experience in development and integrating custom solutions into Oracle ERP modules
• Strong custom solution development experience in Workflow
• Strong custom solution development experience in forms
• Strong development experience in SOA with experience in architecting, development and integratingcustom solutions into Oracle ERP modules
• Develop & Maintain RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, and Extensions) components
• Expert in forms personalization, Web ADI and BI Publisher
• Expertise with Workflow Builder, Toad/SQL Developer, XML Gateway Mapping, Report Builder
• In-depth hands-on experience with BI publisher and shell script
• Act as a liaison between IT and functional areas for technical requirements.
• Proven track record in analytical thinking and problem solving
