We are hiring for the role of Property Consultant.

Experience – 1+ Years’ experience in Real Estate Marketing.
• Candidate should be in UAE
• Requirement Lead generation by way of outbound calling to sellers/landlords
• Develop relationships with sellers/landlords to obtain competitive market prices and match clients to properties.
• Rental & Sale of freehold and non-freehold properties in the UAE with specific emphasis in the Emirate of Dubai. It also includes developing the referral network, (media and campaign management etc.), resourcing, public relations (networking etc.)
• Originating, developing, and executing market combing and sourcing of rental / freehold Properties in coordination with Branford Real Estate Brokers agents.
• Visiting landlord’s territorial and freehold Dubai with respect to securing Management Contracts to rent their properties.
• Advice clients on market conditions, prices and mortgage solutions
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers, sellers and landlords
