Digital Marketing Specialist

We Are Hiring for Experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with real estate background, to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate must have a passion for social media and be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and find new ways to improve digital strategy to optimize online presence for the company.
Responsibilities:
• Create content for social media channels, blogs, articles, emailers, etc.
• Scheduling social media post across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Implement localized strategies and best practices to maximize qualified leads with interest to buy property in Dubai
• Execute creative social media campaigns for new leads and traffic Manage social media channels.
• Creating customized landing pages.
• Making reels and posting for our agents and company ads.
• Analysis of campaign performance reports and Google Analytics.
• Monitor the competition and be aware of market changes and key development.
Requirements:
• good knowledge in creating digital marketing campaigns on all social media and search engine platforms
• Ability for basic graphic creation
• knowledge of reel and video editing would be prefer
• Fluent speaking communication in English
• Real estate marketing background will be a plus
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Staying up to date on the latest marketing technologies and social media
• Ability to drive marketing campaigns
