We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to manage and oversee the construction of a project in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Site Engineer will work closely with the project manager, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 2-3 years in a Site Engineer role.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery, including managing project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with local construction codes, regulations, and practices in Dubai.
• Ability to lead and manage a project team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Professional certification and registration with a relevant regulatory body is preferred.
