Recruiting HR Consultant in Dubai
Requirements:
• Max 4-5 years of HR OD experience within the following areas: Manpower Planning, Competencies Framework, Job Analysis, Job Description and Job Evaluation, job grading, Succession Planning, Recruitment strategies, and Emiratization.
• Min 1-2 years of experience at UAE public sector.
• Excellent presentation skills – Excellent Report writing skills (Both in Arabic).
• One year contract.
• Lives in UAE.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview
