Hiring Restaurant Supervisor for A well-known Arabic restaurant and café in Dubai.
Job Description:
• Supervise the day shift restaurant operation.
• Coordinate with the mid shift supervisor and to the operation manager.
• Train staff about menu knowledge and standard service
• Assist in mis-en-place and restaurant layout
• Prepare the store requisition as per requirement.
Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationals
• Minimum 4 years UAE experience on the same role
• Well familiar to Arabic, Lebanese, Italian, and International Cuisine is a plus
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
