Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily service operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, adherence to quality standards, and on-time completion.
• Implement industry-leading practices to optimize efficiency and elevate service quality.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams on project costing, contract renewals, and technical support.
• Monitor resource utilization and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Champion a safe work environment, driving operational and HSE standards.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
• Take charge of P&L;, budgeting, and cost control.
• Support team members’ growth through training and skill development.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Agriculture, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, ideally within environmental services or public health.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
• Proven track record in implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement.
• Language Proficiency:
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
• Salary: Competitive monthly salary range of 20,000 to 25,000 AED, with commission and annual bonus opportunities.
