Recruitment Officer – Dubai - UAE

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Being proactively identifying and sourcing candidates for available opportunities.
• Ensuring that the placement of internal candidates onto available projects is given priority versus external hiring to minimize overhead costs.
• Creating and managing candidate talent pools for future requirements.
• Working with candidates and hiring managers to efficiently manage the recruitment process from initial application screening to onboarding/keeping warm communications.
• Working with the marketing team to create compelling strategies that attract diverse candidates through all sourcing methods such as advertising, social media, resume searching, and identifying and attending career fairs where appropriate.
• Maintaining an effective checking process for all applications including right to work and accuracy of qualifications.
• Working on key projects with the broader recruitment team to ensure we are always looking for the best way to find talent for Mace.
• Working with external recruitment agencies where required.
Qualifications & Experience
• 4 years of experience in HR field
• Experience in Talent Management, Training & Development, and Recruitment.
• Experience in Automotive Sector
• Based in the UAE
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
