Hiring HR and Admin Manager (F&B;Background).

Job Description for HR & Admin Manager:
• Responsible for overall Human Resources and Administration duties in Dubai.
• Handle employee payroll, and end-to-end recruitment process from screening candidates to staff onboarding procedures, including but not limited to visa, accommodation, medical insurance, hotel, and flight arrangement.
• Develop pay structure, benefits packages and conduct salary benchmarking to ensure internal equality and market competitiveness.
• Provide all regular reports to HK Management teams.
• Update employee records timely & accurate.
• Responsible for general office administration including procurement, set up and maintenance of office equipment/facilities, regular housekeeping, etc.
• Responsible for statutory tax filing, license, and insurance in compliance with updated regulatory requirements.
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the HK Management team.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 5 years of relevant working experience in the F&B;industry.
• Experience in HR Recruitment and Management of staff of all levels (office managerial, clerical staff; F&B;, and Operations staff).
• Professional and solid knowledge of UAE Dubai HR practices. In particular, remuneration and benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development in UAE Dubai.
• Practical knowledge of UAE Labor law and regulations, as well as other HR-related practices.
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Detail-minded, problem-solving with good organization and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent and practical computer skills expected.
