Hiring Sales & Marketing Executive at Software Industry
Location: Dubai, UAE
Responsibility:
• Selling a company’s products and services
• Building customer relationships
• Maintaining documents detailing sales, quotes, and more
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Participating in sales team meetings
• Identifying potential project opportunities
• Collaborating with principals on business development
• Writing project summaries, case studies, and technology briefs
• Evaluating Requests for Proposal and other prospects
Qualification & skills
• Proven track record in software sales or a similar B2B sales role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals.
• In-depth knowledge of the software industry and related products/services.
• Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
• Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel, as necessary, to meet clients or attend industry events.
