The role of a Sales Executive in our driving school is to actively promote and sell driving training programs to potential customers. The Sales Executive plays a key role in achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the driving school.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or education industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of the driving training industry and licensing requirements in the UAE is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.
