Hiring Finance Manager / CFO

• Experience - Minimum of 5 to 8 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to management while recommending the next steps.
• Previous experience reviewing general finance agreements and making recommendations
• Provide advice on investment activities and strategies for the company.
• Compare actual performance to business plans by analyzing costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance.
• Create financial trends and projections for the company.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations to identify cost-cutting opportunities.
• Oversee the operations of the finance department, establish goals and objectives, and create a framework to achieve them.
• Oversee the budget preparation for the company.
• Fully compliant as a tax practitioner (registration and filing of corporate tax returns)
• Liaise with auditors to ensure proper financial monitoring of the company.
• Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
Requirements:
• A professional finance qualification plus Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in finance, including in a leadership role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to prioritize and highly focused on quality.
