HR Business partner

We are looking to hire HR Business partner in our Sharjah Office
Requirements:
• Arabic Speakers only well versed in English spoken language.
• 2 years of Experience in the same role .
• Located in UAE only
• Location : Sharjah
Responsibilities:
• Develop & maintain various HR reports for analytical and strategic objectives
• Facilitate HR policies and it’s implementation.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour law,employee engagement.
• Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
• Analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department.
• Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances
• familiar with HRMS systems .
• Identify training needs for teams and individuals
• Interface between HR and internal stockowners
• Develop & maintain effective & strategic employee communication
• Implement and support in initiatives for organization.
Skills:
• Excellent people management skills
• Analytical and goal oriented
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
• Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
• Full understanding of all HR functions
