We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Receptionist to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner.
You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).
Responsibilities
• Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests and handle them when appropriate.
• Arrange board room & meeting room bookings.
• Act as first point of contact for visitors
• Provide appropriate personal support in a confidential manner.
Requirement:
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player – able to cooperate and work well with colleagues.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
