Business Development Engineer

Looking for Business Development Engineer to be based in Dubai, UAE
Minimum Experience in UAE: minimum three years in the case worked with competitor OR 5 years in the case worked with other companies.
Preferred Experience: Any candidate from a competitor (any cables company) or any Electrical Products manufacturer. The candidate has experience securing Consultant’s Approval/Prequalification in both cases.
Degree Background: Engineering is preferred, otherwise, at least bachelor’s degree.
Reporting to Business Development Manager – UAE
Job Description:
• Approach Clients and Consultants for pre-qualifying the company in order to add the company or brand to their vendor list (get the company/brand listed by Clients and Consultants)
• Secure technical approval from the Consultant/Client in a project
• Prepare professional technical submittals and PQ files in line with Clients’/Consultants’ requirements.
• Manage marketing-related activities such as but not limited to marketing emails, exhibitions, campaigns, events etc.
• In charge of managing/maintaining customer relationships and client satisfaction
• Managing sample boards and any necessary marketing materials supporting the brand and sales activities.
• In charge of arranging a meeting for management with the concerned Consultant/Client person or team
