JOB DESCRIPTION
• L1 Support Engineer (IT Systems)
• Proven experience in providing technical support in an IT environment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with basic network protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
• Knowledge of common business software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration tools).
• Understanding of hardware components and configurations for desktops and laptops.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
