Sales and Service Engineer
Responsibilities:
Sales:
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Sales Meetings: Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements, showcase our products, and explain their benefits.
• Product Presentation: Deliver engaging and informative product presentations to both individual customers and groups.
• Sales Closing: Utilize strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales deals and achieve revenue targets.
• Customer Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Enthusiastic Learner: Be proactive in learning about new market trends and incorporating this knowledge into sales strategies.
Service:
• Installation: Oversee the installation of scientific equipment at customer sites, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
• Training: Conduct training sessions for customers on the usage and maintenance of our equipment to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
• Maintenance Services: Provide timely and effective maintenance services for our equipment, resolving technical issues and minimizing downtime for customers.
• Service Support: Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding service-related inquiries and ensure prompt resolution of any concerns.
• Travel: Be prepared to travel approximately 85% of the time to customer locations for sales meetings, installations, and service support.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related field.
• MBA qualification will be considered an advantage.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar sales and service role within the UAE market.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to close sales deals and meet sales targets.
• Enthusiastic and proactive in learning about market trends and new technologies.
• Strong customer-centric approach and ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the UAE for customer engagements.
