Job Description:
• We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their packaging requirements, and presenting them with tailored solutions from our comprehensive product portfolio.
Responsibilities:
• Prospect, identify, and approach potential clients in need of packaging solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients’ packaging requirements.
• Present and demonstrate our range of packaging products and services to clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the packaging industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable packaging solutions.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of packaging materials, processes, and industry trends is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to meet clients as needed.
