Responsibilities:
• Take charge of channel data management and supply planning, then provide feedback or solutions.
• Implement stock-level alerts and identify opportunities for increased sales through business case analysis.
• Guide and manage forecasts based on actual demand, continuously monitoring long-term forecast status.
• Establish a weekly sales operations routine: Analyze the root causes of sales issues and formulate recovery plans every week.
• Ensure minimal instances of over-sales and biased sales by the end of each month.
• Develop an integrated market analysis solution.
• Research and analyze global or MENA best practices, extracting insights applicable to the region.
• Implement measures to prevent excessive Sell-in and maintain optimal channel stock levels.
