European Trading Company based in Downtown Dubai looking for an Admin / Executive Secretary
Requirements / Duties:
• Able to support the sales and purchase team / check documents / prepare invoices.
• Has to ensure that all data are correct and double check the work of colleagues if necessary.
• Filing documents / Create and update records.
• Handles other responsibilities of admin as may assign.
• Proficient in MS Office programs (WORD / EXCEL / POWER POINT)
