• Location: Dubai
• Salary: AED 10,000 - AED 14,000
• Candidates with a Masters degree in Human Resources with any certifications CIPD, SHRM, CHRM etc . Candidates must have more than 5 years of experience in Human Resources in Performance Evaluation and Employee benefits.
• To set performance goals and update them when needed. You are responsible for identifying, reporting and resolving workplace or personal barriers to performance. Apart from working with individual employees, you may lead, develop and inspire teams to work together toward achieving personal and company objectives.
• Establishing job functions and expectations
• Improving employee abilities through coaching and feedback
• Establishing employee behaviour patterns that align their goals with the organisation’s mission, values and goals
• Improving communication throughout the organisation
