Financial Controller - Dubai (On-site)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistency towards all financial matters through a range of avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, financial statements preparation and presentation, internal controls management & adherence to Operating Standards and well versed with UAE VAT & TAXATION. The candidate will also be the point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day Hotel accounts
• Financial Analysis & Planning
• Oversee Budget forecasting and cash flow management
• Ensure government compliance in all tasks
Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 8+years experience in the Hospitality Industry especially Pre opening is a must.
• Proficiency with current Hotel Financial soft wares
• Understanding of US GAAP & IFRS
