Job Position – Secretary / Document Controller
Qualifications:
• Must have minimum 5 years’ work experience in a Consultancy / Engineering company in UAE.
• Provide secretarial and administrative task for office such as:
• Organize all incoming and outgoing correspondences, submittals, technical and financial proposals, emails, tenders, RFP’s and relevant documents
• Record, copy, file, and store all documents as a hard and soft copy, distributing documents, ensuring accuracy of all documentation.
• Write emails, memos, letters, RFQ’s, proposals and minutes of meetings, ensuring regulatory procedures and changes are followed.
• Assist with company presentations and technical reports.
• Record and organize existing projects.
• Managing all documents and drawings for the company implementing approved methods and tools.
• Organize, manage, follow up and update information related to the company’s registrations process on online portal such as (SAP Ariba, Oracle, etc…)
