The Smile group consultancy need a Secretary who have to help to keep an organization tasks and functions.
Responsibilities
• Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
• Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
• Typing, preparing and collating reports.
• Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
• Managing databases.
• Prioritizing workloads
Requirements
• 1+ years of experience as a tele caller or any similar role.
• Knowledge of computer programs and Proficiency in MS Office.
• Efficient with English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Having done B. Sc/BA will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Language: English, Hindi
