F&B;Team Leader (Restaurant)
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips & service charge
A high-end restaurant located in one of the high-rise tower/hotel in JBR
Job Description:
• Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the Food and Beverage department
• Supervise and lead the F&B;team, including waitstaff, servers, bartenders, and other F&B;staff
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and efficient workflow
• Monitor and control expenses to achieve budgeted financial goals and targets
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain proper food quality, presentation, and consistency
Qualifications:
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in the similar role
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the F&B;industry
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of F&B;operations, including service standards, menu items, and inventory management
• Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick, informed decisions
