Mandatory:
Applicants must possess a valid UAE driver’s license and have access to their own reliable transportation.
Additional Required Skills:
• Possession of a RERA license is a plus.
• Good knowledge of RERA rules for sales and leasing property in Dubai.
• Proven sales and leasing experience in the Dubai real estate market.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Well-presented and organized with excellent work ethics.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Prospecting clients through calls and emails.
• Innovative marketing skills, capable of handling multiple marketing channels.
• Proficient in handling and recording leads for future reference and reporting.
• Ability to work on sales target
• Conduct property viewings with potential clients.
• Understands client needs and meet their criteria.
