Job Title: Manager Facilities and Maintenance-3 Months Contract

• Work Location: Dubai, UAE

Requirements:-
• 10-12 years of work experience with 5 years and above in managerial level
• Experience in construction, maintenance and all facets of facility operation
• Experience in Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering or related qualification such as project management, business management or construction management
• Working knowledge of principles and practices of project management and business administration
• Working knowledge of financial principles and practices
• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, procurement and contracts
• Sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations
• Solid computer and systems knowledge
