Job Description
• 5-8 years in IBM Maximo
• Lead meetings with business users to fine tune the user stories and define requirements scope.
• Work with offshore team to provide clarifications of requirements and to co-ordinate the work progress.
• Work with different vendors and teams including client teams to manage communication, reviews, artifacts walkthrough, etc.
• Provide effort estimates for defined scope of work.
• Read the existing design documents and analyze the configuration as needed to understand the existing functionality and the changes needed to fix\enhance it
• Develop Maximo solution design documents for the requirements as needed.
• Build and Unit Test Maximo components for the user stories.
• Prepare or review Migration packages, associated Management of Change (Migration) documents and oversee migration of components in higher environments.
• Sanity Test migrated changes in QA environments
