Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Account cum Admin. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining administrative processes, and contributing to the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, including invoices, expense reports, and financial statements.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial data.
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
Administrative:
• Manage office administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
• Maintain and update employee records and company files.
Reporting:
• Generate reports related to financial performance and administrative tasks as required.
• Present financial data and reports to management.
Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Assist with audits and documentation as necessary.
• Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance.
• A proactive and adaptable attitude.
