Company Type: Accounting Company
Experience: Minimum of two years in an Accounting company in the UAE
Software Familiarity: Oracle Netsuite, Quickbox, Zoho (at least one)
Location: Dubai - Jebal Ali
Key Qualifications:
• Minimum of two years of experience working in an Accounting company in the UAE
• Familiarity with at least one of the following software: Oracle Netsuite, Quickbox, Zoho
• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Handle general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and audits
• Conduct periodic reconciliations of accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders as necessary
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA are preferred
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
