In this role, the individual provides top-notch customer service at kiosks, offering accurate information and confirming service requirements for customers.
They guide customers on travel preferences and provide suggestions using various informational sources. Additionally, they perform general secretarial duties as needed by the department, contributing to the overall efficiency of the service.
We welcome candidates who has minimum 1 year of UAE experience on Customer Care/ promotor/ Customer service fields and available to join immediately only.
Educational Qualification – Graduate (Mandatory)
