Seven Medical Group is a group of 10 Medical Clinic in UAE, our branches are in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, & Al - Ain.
Job Summary:
This Finance Manager role involves managing and supervising financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company’s objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement financial forecasts, and budgets to support the medical centers’ goals.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
• Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and facilitate the completion of audit requirements.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage annual budgets.
• Monitor budget performance, analyse variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide guidance to department managers on financial matters and cost control measures.
• Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds for operational needs.
• Manage banking relationships and optimize cash management procedures.
• Implement effective strategies to mitigate financial risks and enhance the organization’s financial stability.
• Stay updated on relevant financial regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address any financial compliance issues.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the finance department.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and identify opportunities for professional development.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
• Streamline financial reporting processes and leverage technology for automation where applicable.
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Proven experience (15 years) in a similar finance management role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and healthcare finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Arabic Speaker.
