Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Broker at Rich Property Real Estate Brokerages in Dubai. The Broker will be responsible for buying, selling and renting properties on behalf of clients. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying potential properties, arranging property viewings, negotiating with buyers/sellers/renters, and ensuring that deals are concluded legally and beneficially for both parties.
Qualifications
• Strong sales, negotiating, and networking skills
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai and the UAE
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in real estate brokerage
• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential
• An established network in the Dubai real estate industry is a plus
