Job Role
Maintain relationships with key clients, work cross-functionally within the company to meet client needs, and identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue with major accounts. Additionally, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on client behavior, communicating account status updates to internal teams, and developing and executing strategic plans for key accounts.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture relationships with key clients in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Understand clients’ business objectives and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the company and key accounts.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Sales and Business Development:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and new clients.
Account Management:
• Oversee the delivery of products and services to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to meet client needs effectively.
