We are looking to hire:
Senior Accountant required
Location- Sharjah
Qualification- Commerce graduate or similar.
Experience-5 years
Job Description-
• Preparing and reviewing payments to vendors/service providers.
• Posting of receivables accurately & reconciled debtor’s ledgers.
• Excellent knowledge of VAT especially in designated zone, treatment & filing.
• Preparing and reviewing the payroll.
• Posting of purchase / expenses invoice in ERP.
• Ensuring that relevant operating and financial information is prepared in detail and discussed with the supervisor for management reporting.
• Constantly monitoring and maintaining the book of accounts (G/L, sub ledger)
• Scrutinizing and preparing G/L schedules for line review.
• Ensuring that the transactions are processed accurately on a regular basis.
• Analyzing and comparing with previous data and ensure proper justification of any additional expense.
• Ensuring timely submission of data to company internal auditors.
• Preparing and reviewing the expense budget for Office and monitoring the actual expenses on a monthly basis against the budgeted expense.
• Interacting with and helping internal/external auditors to facilitate completion of audits.
• Other work assigned by supervisor.
• Hands on experience in monthly closing process.
• Preparing audit schedules and assisting in other audit requirements.
• Train and mentor juniors
• Perform variance analyses and prepare margin and forecast reports.
• Preparing monthly Financials and MIS
• Salary-5000 AED plus.
