We have a requirement for a Production Engineer. He must be experienced in the Steel/Metal Fabrication industry. The package is as follows:
Note: Candidate must have at least 05 years of UAE Production Experience. Must be from a Steel Fabrication background.
Requirements:
• experience in the Construction Sector
• experience in the fabrication of Steel Structures
• experience in planning
• experience in handling a team
• experience in preparing progress reports
Must be able to mention the below fabrication process:
• Receiving material from Supplier
• Doing QC Inspection
• Cutting of material
• QC inspection
• Fitup
• QC inspection
• Welding
• QC Inspection
• Paint /Powder coating/Galvanizing
• QC inspection
• Packaging of material
• QC inspection.
• Delivery of material.
Also, he must know how to prioritize his production as there will be several projects running at once. Secondly, he must know all the steel material specifications, grades, etc. Must have strong coordination skills and be in touch with his SITE team / Managers/Designers to understand the workflow and deliver material on time.
