Role Description
This is a full-time travel consultant role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The travel consultant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, assisting them with booking travel arrangements such as flights, accommodations, transportation and activities. The travel consultant will also advise clients on travel requirements, provide destination information, and handle inquiries and complaints.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the UAE
• Ability to work with a team and independently
• Experience with Microsoft Office and GDS (Global Distribution System)
• Meet sales targets and profit goals
• Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
• Stay up-to-date with travel & tourism trends
• Sales skills and customer-oriented approach
• Knowledge in visa processing for UAE, KSA, UK, Schengen countries and others.
Overall, the ideal candidate for this position should have a combination of experience, skills, and knowledge to excel in the travel industry and meet the demands of the role.
