Concrete Industries Complex (CIC) is a dynamic and innovative organization at the forefront of the construction industry. We are seeking a talented Marketing Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and contribute to the creation of visually compelling designs that enhance our brand presence and support various marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Create and design visually appealing graphics for a variety of marketing assets, including social media, branding materials, print collateral, and other promotional materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and deliver designs that align with CIC’s brand guidelines.
• Utilize design tools and software, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc., to produce high-quality graphics and multimedia content.
• Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and ensure that all designs meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.
• Edit photos and video footage to create engaging videos with music for various platforms, including the web and social media.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques to maintain a fresh and modern visual identity for CIC.
• Adapt to evolving business demands and work collaboratively to meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools and software, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
• Experience in editing photos and video footage to create compelling multimedia content.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, POSM, Social Media Ads, SEO is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexible and adaptive to changes in business priorities.
