About the Job:
We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our esteemed team at one of Dubai’s Top Luxury Real Estate Developers. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving indirect sales, leveraging your existing broker network. Reporting to the Sales Director, this position focuses on achieving industry sales targets, establishing effective broker relations, and fostering a growth-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and nurture strong off-plan broker networks.
• Act as an empathetic listener and excellent communicator.
• Demonstrate a proven track record in the real estate sales industry.
• Showcase excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• Maintain a client-focused approach to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive for results with a clear career objective and purpose.
• Turn challenges into growth opportunities with a solution-driven mindset.
• Exhibit efficiency in MS Office applications.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Real Estate sales.
• Real Estate Developer experience is advantageous.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in additional languages such as Dutch, Mandarin, German, Italian, and Arabic is a plus.
• Highly motivated and growth-oriented individual.
