GTS, A telecommunication company is currently #hiring for the following position for its office in #Dubai, UAE :
Outdoor Sales Executive required
Main Responsibilities
• Closing sales deals over the meeting and maintaining good customer relationships.
• Effectively manage large account based customers.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Main Requirements
• Bachelor degree in business or any related field.
• Sales Experience is MUST
• Outdoor and Indoor-sales experience in the telecommunication field is preferred.
• Candidates excellent in English speaking only can apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs.
