Hiring General Manager - Poultry
Job Location – Abu Dhabi
Salary – AED 20K – 30K
Industry – Poultry Farms / FMCG
Job Requirement -
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Agriculture or a related field
• 15-20 years’ experience in Poultry Farms & Administration Management
• Minimum of 5-7 years of senior-level experience in poultry operations management in the UAE.
• Must have experience in leading large-scale poultry production operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Must have working knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, monthly reports.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibilities -
• Lead and direct all aspects of the poultry division’s operations, including production, processing, packaging, and distribution.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
• Maintain and enhance quality control measures throughout the poultry production process to ensure product safety and consistency.
• Oversee inventory management, procurement, and supply chain logistics to meet poultry production demands efficiently.
• Develop and manage the poultry division’s budget, ensuring cost-effective production.
• Drive sustainability efforts within poultry operations, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and responsible resource management
