Responsibilities
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail
• Act as first point of contact for visitors
• Managing meeting room availability
• Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
Qualifications
• Bc Degree in any discipline
• Exp. at least 1 Year as receptionist
• Good in MS Office & English
• Excellent communication Skills
