HSE Officer

Hiring HSE Officer required
Education & Experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, and ISO
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in HSE management within the oil and gas construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry best practices.
• Experience working with international standards and regulations.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all construction activities.
• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs for the oil and gas construction project.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide HSE training to employees and contractors to promote a culture of safety and awareness.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure HSE requirements are included in project plans and specifications.
• Review and approve contractor HSE plans and monitor their performance throughout the project.
• Prepare and submit HSE reports to management and regulatory authorities as required.
