Business Development Executive – Construction Industry
Job Location – Dubai
Salary – AED 6000 – 8000 + Food on Duty + Visa + Medical Insurance
Job Requirements:
• Any Bachelor’s degree or in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of UAE Experience in Sales/Business development within the Construction/Contracting companies.
• Must have experience getting new business of Villas and Building projects.
• Must have thorough knowledge of the UAE construction market
• Must have handled clients Contractors, Consultants, Architect for Construction/Building Projects.
• Experience preparing offers, negotiating and following up with clients in order to improve sales through various methods
• Ability to generate revenue and maximize profit in the process of achieving sales targets
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and excellent presentation skills.
• Must have valid UAE driving license.
• Candidate must be immediately available for joining.
