Job Description:
• Oversee corporate event projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and implement event management strategies
• Oversee all corporate event operations.
• Oversee event logistics, ensuring all elements are properly in place
• Provide client servicing and support
• Manage suppliers and production teams
• Prepare proposals, presentations and manage RFP’s
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
• Provide leadership and direction to the project team
• Develop timelines and coordinate all event activities
• Maintain budget adherence and ensure the quality of all event elements
• Monitor progress of event projects and provide regular updates
• Ensure events are executed to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during event projects
• Track and report project metrics to Management.
