Currently, as part of our expansion into Real Estate, Flamingo Star Real Estate is actively seeking an experienced, hardworking, and motivated Real Estate Manager.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate
• Must have a valid RERA license
• Have Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills
• Familiarity with the UAE market, particularly Dubai
Role and Responsibilities:
• Drive sales and contribute to the growth of Flamingo Star Real Estate
• Utilize your sales expertise to meet and exceed targets
• Manage real estate transactions and negotiations
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Stay updated on market trends and property values
• Collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals
• Training for the agents
• Collaborate with prominent developers
• Weekly Report Submission to the chairman of the group
