Receptionist Telesales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet Clients and visitors with a positive, customer centric approach.
• Answering, forwarding and screening phone calls in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary.
• Assisting with administrative tasks.
• Maintain tidy and organized reception area.
• Telesales calls for existing and new clients.
• Actively engage in sales-related activities such as lead generation and customer outreach.
Qualification:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist & customer support/telesales experience is an added advantage.
• Candidate must possess at least a secondary school or Diploma in any field.
• Consistent, professional dress and manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good time management skills, interpersonal skills.
• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
• Strong organizational and, multitasking abilities.
• Immediate joiners are preferred
• Preferred Nationality: Filipinos, India
• Preferred Gender: Female
