Hiring Business Development Manager
Job Location – Dubai
Salary – AED 10,000 – 15,000 + Sales Commission
Industry – Contracting
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field
• 5 - 7 years of UAE experience in Sales/Business development within the Construction/Contracting companies.
• Driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities within the construction industry.
• Developing and implementing strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
• Submitting bids, proposals, and tender documents for construction projects.
• Negotiating and closing contracts and agreements with clients.
• Must have In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, including market dynamics, project lifecycle, and industry players.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and excellent presentation skills.
• Must have valid UAE driving license.
