Sales Engineer required (Interiors & Fit Out Projects)
DECO Group of Companies (Estb in 2003) seeks to hire a SALES ENGINEER with experience in securing business opportunities related to Interiors, Fit-Out works. Details as follows:
Behavioral Specifications:
• Effective Negotiation and Deal-Closure Skills
• Highly Organized (Punctual, Reporting-Writing) (Essential Traits)
• Thorough knowledge of UAE INTERIORS / FIT-OUT Market (MUST)
• Commercial Awareness (highly Essential)
Functional Specifications:
• Prior experience in generating leads, business opportunities with successful closure (MUST)
• Must have a strong Client Base
• 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role (MUST)
Threshold Criteria:
• Degree in Civil Engineering from a Recognized University
• Degree in any Discipline (subject to prior experience in FIT-OUT/INTERIORS)
• 3 - 5 years of experience in UAE Market
• Valid UAE D/L
Pay & Benefits
• AED 8,000 – AED 12,000 + Car Allowance + Fuel Reimbursement + Standard benefits (Visa, Medical Insurance) + Attractive Incentives
